Role Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of philanthropy and social finance strategy in Europe.
- Assist Philanthropy Advisor with client case preparation and enquiries.
- Develop new sales strategies and assess donor channels and markets.
- Conduct desk research on individuals, families, and charitable structures in the EU.
- Organize and support client events, webinars, and publication launches.

Candidate Requirements
- First professional experience in social impact, philanthropy, or strategy consulting.
- Strong passion and understanding of philanthropy and social finance in Germany and Europe.
- Experience in client-facing roles with ability to engage clients innovatively.
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new issues.
- Comfortable in international, dynamic, and cooperative environments.

Skills and Languages
- Fluent in German and English; Italian and French are a plus.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
