About the role
This 6-month internship in Frankfurt offers hands-on experience in finance governance, risk, and business processes within UBS Europe SE. Interns support daily finance operations, reporting, and process improvements while gaining exposure to Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support daily bank activities and finance initiatives.
- Coordinate strategic and operational finance tasks.
- Prepare finance reports on various timelines.
- Analyze and improve finance process setups.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions.
Team and Environment
- Work within the Finance team in Frankfurt.
- Cover Wealth Management and Investment Banking finance functions.
- Gain insights into day-to-day business and regulatory reporting.
- Participate in training modules and networking opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree with finance experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good conceptual, organizational, and independent working skills.
- Proactive team player with hands-on mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
