2027 Internship – Corporate Clients - Aargau/Solothurn

About the role

Join UBS’s six-month paid 2027 Internship Program in Corporate and Institutional Clients, supporting business-client relationship managers in Aargau or Solothurn. You will prepare client visits, support transactions, maintain internal and external relationships, and develop practical knowledge of corporate banking, with mentoring and potential progression to the Graduate Talent Program.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers with daily activities, including preparing client visits and events.
• Assist with executing transactions for corporate clients.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Develop understanding of the industry, company culture, and business strategy.

Team

• Work within the Corporate Clients team serving start-ups, enterprises, and large corporate clients.
• Help provide comprehensive, integrated solutions to business clients in Switzerland and during potential international expansion.

Program

• Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day business operations.
• Receive mentoring and opportunities to meet senior team members.
• Develop new skills and professional contacts throughout the internship.
• A successful internship may lead to a Graduate Talent Program offer after completing studies.

Requirements

• Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree.
• Graduated no longer than 12 months ago with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
• Demonstrate how experimental and responsible AI use can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Be fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Show strong communication, strategic-thinking, collaborative, trustworthy, dedicated, and hardworking qualities; manage tight deadlines.
