About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting Group Economic Performance Scenario Analytics. Analyze financial and economic data, develop forecasts and scenarios, and turn quantitative findings into executive insights. You will work across Finance, Strategy, Risk and Technology while prototyping responsible AI-enabled analytical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial, economic and business data to identify performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support Business Division CFO teams and Group CFO stakeholders with independent, decision-ready insights.
- Develop forecasts and investigate differences between model-based expectations and three-year strategic plans.
- Build scenarios and sensitivities covering markets, economic conditions, policy and client activity.
- Translate quantitative findings into concise executive narratives and materials for senior finance forums.
- Prototype AI-enabled workflows, analytical applications and reusable tools while applying appropriate controls.
Team and Exposure
- Join the global Group Economic Performance Scenario Analytics team based in Zurich.
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Strategy, Treasury, Technology and planning teams across locations.
- Gain exposure to different businesses and perspectives within a global financial institution.
- Own defined analytical workstreams and work with finance, quantitative modelling and technology specialists.
