Role Responsibilities
- Support and evaluate market development initiatives.
- Design and facilitate management meetings and internal events.
- Participate in customer meetings from preparation to follow-up.

Team Environment
- Work within Corporate & Real Estate division in Central Switzerland.
- Engage with Business, Sales, and Risk Management departments.
- Gain insight into corporate client service and business challenges.

Candidate Requirements
- Enrolled student graduating in late 2026 or 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and initiative.

Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience in economics, banking, or finance is advantageous.
- Interest in the financial industry.
