Join UBS's 2026 Off-cycle Internship in Zurich supporting the Growth Advisory team. Gain hands-on experience in equity fundraising, growth credit transactions, and client advisory within Swiss scaleups.

Role Responsibilities
- Support Growth Advisory in sourcing equity fundraising and growth credit deals.
- Review pitch decks, business plans, and financials for incoming opportunities.
- Prepare documentation for fundraising and credit processes.
- Maintain marketing materials and liaise with client advisors.
- Assist with marketing, administrative, event, process, reporting, and controlling tasks.

Team Overview
- Work within UBS Growth Advisory, part of Swiss Corporate Finance in Zurich.
- Support innovative Swiss scaleups with growth credits and equity fundraising.
- Leverage UBS network across corporate, institutional, and wealth management clients.
- Contributed over CHF 550m in transactions since 2015.
- Supported notable Swiss scaleups like On Shoes, VIU, Anybotics, and others.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and oral.
- Strong communication skills with all seniority levels.
- Autonomous, diligent, and detail-oriented work style.

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
