Role Responsibilities
- Support structuring and execution of acquisition financing transactions.
- Assist with transaction due diligence and business model analysis.
- Draft credit applications and support credit approval processes.
- Collaborate on financial model building and assessment.
- Prepare and participate in client meetings and financing pitches.

Team Environment
- Work within Structured Finance SME team focused on Swiss SMEs and entrepreneurs.
- Engage with private equity and family office financial sponsors.
- Provide comprehensive project support throughout transactions.
- Act as a sparring partner for clients during financing processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
