Role Responsibilities
- Support governance by preparing documentation and tracking actions across I&MB and CIC.
- Prepare senior management briefings, reports, business reviews, and strategy sessions.
- Plan, organize, and execute key initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with internal partners to align operations with I&MB strategic priorities.
- Develop understanding of I&MB business, client segments, and UBS strategy.

Team Environment
- Work within Chief of Staff Office in Institutional & Multinational Banking (I&MB).
- Support I&MB leadership in strategic alignment and business-critical processes.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across CIC, UBS Switzerland, and global functions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 18 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative values.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
