About the role

Internship in Global Wealth Management at UBS France, supporting financial intermediaries and their clients with administrative and client service tasks. The role involves reporting, platform access management, and KYC processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as interface between financial intermediaries, clients, and bank services.
• Edit and send various reports as requested.
• Create and monitor partner access to IT platforms.
• Support relationship managers with administrative tasks.
• Understand KYC requirements for account openings and updates.

Team Environment

• Work within the Financial Intermediaries (FIM) team in Paris.
• Provide tailored client service to intermediaries' end clients.
• Support three types of intermediaries: asset management firms, wealth advisors, insurance companies.

Candidate Requirements

• Be available, serious, and efficient.
• Adapt quickly to changes.
• Use tools and resources optimally for effective client service.
• Demonstrate integrity and respect for rules.
• Curious about AI applications in process optimization with ethical compliance.
• Hold a valid internship agreement from university covering full duration.

Additional Requirements

• Availability for six months.
• Authorization to work in France.
• Valid student status during internship.
