Role and Responsibilities
- Support operational and strategic management of real estate portfolios per investment strategy.
- Prepare reports, presentations for investment committees, and ESG analyses like GRESB.
- Model liquidity forecasts and calculate performance metrics such as CoC and IRR.
- Develop business cases and acquisition calculations.
- Create investor-oriented investment documents with market analyses and strategic rationale.

- Manages open-ended public real estate funds and specialized funds under German and Luxembourg law.

Candidate Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor (from 3rd semester) or Master program, ideally in economics, finance, or real estate.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Good understanding of financial concepts.
- Prior real estate experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Structured, analytical thinker with eagerness to take responsibility.
