About the role

Internship in Financial Intermediaries at UBS Wealth Management Germany, starting 01.08.2026 for at least 6 months. Gain hands-on experience supporting client teams and process optimization in wealth management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support creation of presentations for management and clients.
• Assist strategic and operational client advisors in their tasks.
• Analyze and define existing processes; help implement process improvements.
• Support client communications and scheduling.
• Contribute to projects and prepare project summaries.
• Perform analyses and administrative tasks including office management and control duties.

Team and Environment

• Work within UBS Wealth Management's Financial Intermediaries division in Germany.
• Focus on servicing licensed financial service providers including insurers and banks.
• Engage with a team dedicated to wealth management for financial intermediaries.

Candidate Requirements

• At least in the third semester of studies.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; reliable and flexible.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Interest in asset management and project management.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• High customer and quality orientation; self-motivated and quick learner.

Languages

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
