About the role

Six-month internship in Munich supporting client advisors within Global Family and Institutional Wealth Europe Domestic. Responsibilities include administrative support, client meeting preparation, correspondence, presentations, investment proposals, portfolio analysis, recommendations based on Chief Investment Office assessments, and data preparation for internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Support client advisors with administrative tasks and prepare client and prospect meetings.
• Respond to client enquiries and manage client correspondence.
• Create presentations and investment proposals for clients and prospects.
• Analyse client portfolios and prepare recommendations based on Chief Investment Office assessments.
• Prepare data for internal meetings.

About the Team

• Join the Global Family and Institutional Wealth Europe Domestic team in Munich.
• GFIW combines UBS Global Wealth Management and Investment Bank capabilities for institutional family-office clients.
• Work closely with client advisors to deliver tailored services and manage, preserve, and grow client wealth.

Requirements

• Completed specialist internships in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills and very good German and English language skills.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills and confidence working independently.
• Team-oriented, quick to learn, flexible, reliable, personable, and highly motivated.
