About the role

Internship opportunity in Munich with UBS Global Family & Institutional Wealth team. Support client advisors with administrative tasks, client meetings, and portfolio analysis. Start January 2027 for 6 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Support client advisors with administrative tasks.
• Prepare client and prospect meeting materials.
• Respond to client inquiries and correspondence.
• Create presentations and investment proposals.
• Analyze client portfolios and develop recommendations.
• Prepare data for internal meetings.

Team Overview

• Work within Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team in Munich.
• GFIW is a joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management and UBS Investment Bank.
• Serve large institutional family office clients with personalized financial services.
• Collaborate closely with client advisors to manage and grow client wealth.
• Provide tailored client services across multiple countries and booking centers.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed finance-related internships.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Team player with quick comprehension.
• Flexible, reliable, and communicative with high motivation.
