Internship in Business Acceptance - 6 months

About the role

Join UBS Global Wealth Management as a Business Acceptance intern supporting client inquiries, compliance reviews, and new fund projects in Luxembourg for 6 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Support team by handling daily client inquiries.
• Assist with new fund project support.
• Perform compliance and due diligence reviews.
• Help review and document existing clients to high standards.

Team Environment

• Work in Asset Servicing's Business Acceptance Team.
• Serve institutional and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
• Manage investment fund and complex international structures.
• Act as gateway to UBS's international financial capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• University student, minimum 3rd year, in Law, Compliance, Audit, or Risk.
• Knowledge of corporate law, AML/CFT, and fund structures valued.
• Good team player with proactive, hands-on approach.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Independent, initiative-taking, and result-oriented.
• Fluent in English; Spanish, German, Dutch, Swedish, or Italian is a plus.
