About the role

Six-month Luxembourg internship with the Asset Servicing GFIW International team, supporting fund structures, custody services, client projects, and fund events. The role offers exposure to fund business, structuring solutions, department processes, systems, regulatory requirements, and AI-enabled workflow improvement within Global Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

  • Support regulated and unregulated fund structures, custody services, and related Asset Servicing activities.
  • Develop knowledge of the fund business, structuring solutions, and added-value services such as securities lending.
  • Build knowledge of department processes, systems, and applicable business regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and support client projects, including detailed feasibility analysis with appropriate specialists.
  • Support new funds and fund events involving legal, AML/KYC, regulatory, client, and asset manager requirements.
  • Explore AI-enabled workflow improvements while validating outputs against policies, risk standards, and ethical-use expectations.

About the Team

  • Join Asset Servicing GFIW, which manages and services UHNW clients using investment fund structures.
  • The department provides fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, transfer, and paying agent services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or final-stage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Economics.
  • A school or university internship agreement is mandatory, and the internship must be integral to studies.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Have very good Microsoft Office knowledge and experience with AI tools.
  • Be motivated, proactive, independent, organized, team-oriented, results-focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish and French are advantageous.
