About the role

Join UBS as a 6-month intern in Luxembourg's Global Family and Institutional Wealth team. Support client advisors with service, presentations, and administrative tasks while gaining experience in wealth management for high-net-worth clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Support client advisors in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and follow up on prospect and client meetings.
• Create presentations and investment proposals.
• Assist with administrative, legal, compliance, and risk tasks.
• Contribute to strategic and project-related topics and groups.
• Serve as contact for business partners and internal departments.

• GFIW is a joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management and Investment Bank.
• Serves large institutional family office clients globally.
• Provides personalized financial services to entrepreneurs and billionaires.
• Focuses on managing, preserving, and growing client wealth.
• Team based in Luxembourg working closely with client advisors.
• Supports clients across different countries and booking centers.

Candidate Requirements

• Enrolled university student in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Previous internships in the financial sector preferred.
• Good analytical skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
• Very good English; knowledge of French, German, Dutch, or Italian preferred.
• Team player with fast learning ability, flexible and reliable.
• Motivated, sociable, and able to work independently.
