Role Responsibilities
- Support regulated and unregulated fund structures and custody services.
- Build knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry and UBS departments.
- Organize and manage weekly client onboarding meetings.
- Assist Client Onboarding Managers with client requests.
- Participate in project calls with internal and external clients.

Team Overview
- Part of Asset Servicing department managing investment fund structures.
- Provide fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, and paying agent services.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or final stage of Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, Python, and AI.
