About the role

Join UBS as an Asset Servicing Client Onboarding Intern in Luxembourg for 6 months. Support fund structures, client onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Support regulated and unregulated fund structures and custody services.
• Build knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry and UBS departments.
• Organize and manage weekly client onboarding meetings.
• Assist Client Onboarding Managers with client requests.
• Participate in project calls with internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently.

About the Team

• Part of Asset Servicing department managing investment fund structures.
• Services include fund administration, custody, domiciliation, registration, transfer and paying agent services.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or final stage of Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF, Python, and AI.
• Driven, proactive, team player with strong time management and reliability.
