About the role

Six-month paid off-cycle internship in UBS Global Wealth Management, based in Madrid or Barcelona. Interns support strategic projects, improve client experience, learn about wealth management operations, and build professional networks through mentoring and senior-led educational events. Successful interns may be considered for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects focused on improving client experience and driving engagement.
  • Build understanding of the wealth management industry, firm culture, strategy, and client-focused operations.
  • Participate in day-to-day business activities while learning from experienced Global Wealth Management colleagues.
  • Develop professional networks through mentors, business contacts, and educational events led by senior leaders.

Team and Location

  • Join UBS Global Wealth Management in Madrid or Barcelona.
  • Support advice-based solutions for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Work alongside colleagues managing, preserving, and growing clients’ wealth.

Program Details

  • Six-month paid internship within the 2027 Off-cycle Internship Program.

Requirements and Eligibility

  • Be in the penultimate or final year of a degree, or have graduated within six months of starting.
  • Provide evidence of experimental and responsible AI use to improve outcomes and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, strategic thinking, curiosity, collaboration, trustworthiness, dedication, and commitment.
  • Show motivation to work in a demanding business with tight deadlines and interest in financial services.
  • All academic majors are welcomed, subject to an interest in the financial industry.
  • Meet Fundación Universidad Empresa requirements, including an approved university internship agreement and Social Security compliance.
