About the role
Join UBS's 2027 Internship Program in Global Wealth Management, Zurich, focusing on client excellence and data-driven client service support. Gain hands-on experience in client nomination, data analysis, and strategic business initiatives within a top wealth management firm.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage client nomination process for global flagship and VIP events.
- Analyze client data to identify and select suitable clients.
- Develop and maintain databases and tools for client activity monitoring.
- Coordinate client strategy requests across EMEA markets.
- Improve processes related to data, reporting, and request handling.
- Support senior sponsorships and high-profile client meetings.
Team Overview
- Work within Global Wealth Management in Zurich serving ultra-high net worth clients.
- Support Business Unit Head EMEA client senior sponsorships and meetings.
- Coordinate communication and data delivery for TCU clients.
- Track and report EMEA client activities for leadership forums.
- Manage nomination process for GWM Signature Events.
- Liaise between BU Head, sectors, marketing, and business development.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Excellent English; German fluency preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and process improvement.
- Strong technical and data analysis skills.
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Attributes
- Fluency in English and preferably German or other languages.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in financial industry and client service.
- Curious, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
