About the role
Paid 2027 off-cycle internship in Zürich within the GWM EMEA Strategy Execution & Growth Initiatives team. Support strategic projects, business priorities and growth initiatives across EMEA, while developing wealth management knowledge, analytical skills and professional networks. The role runs three to six months and starts in February 2027.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams on strategic projects and initiatives supporting client experience, engagement and GWM EMEA growth.
- Support business priorities, strategic decision-making and execution of growth initiatives across GWM EMEA.
- Engage with professionals across front units, finance, sales, marketing and business risk.
- Develop insight into wealthy families’ sources of wealth, investments and financing needs.
- Work with business representatives across Switzerland and domestic EMEA locations to understand strategic implementation.
Team
- Join Global Wealth Management’s Strategy Execution & Growth Initiatives team within Chief of Staff GWM EMEA.
- Work in Zürich with senior business leadership and representatives across the EMEA booking centers.
- Gain exposure to advice-based solutions for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.

Candidate Profile
- Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduated no longer than six months ago.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with an ability to solve problems and connect information.
- Clear, structured communicator who is collaborative, trustworthy, dedicated and comfortable sharing ideas.
- Able to work in a high-demand environment with tight deadlines and a result-driven approach.
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze information and create clear presentations.
- Open to using new tools, including artificial intelligence, responsibly to work more efficiently.
