About the role
Join the Global Wealth Management team in Geneva as an intern supporting client advisors and account managers serving French and Belgian high-net-worth clients. You will gain exposure to onboarding, client servicing, projects and process improvements, while developing wealth-management knowledge, professional connections and practical experience in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Support client advisors and account managers with client-meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation, onboarding, and relationship maintenance.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements for the France and Belgium International team, enhancing client experience.
- Collaborate with teams on strategic projects to improve client experience and drive engagement.
- Learn about the industry, culture, strategy, and operations supporting client needs.
- Build mentor and business contact networks through day-to-day work and educational events.
Team and Exposure
- Work in Global Wealth Management in Geneva, supporting individuals and families with ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth profiles.
- Join the France and Belgium International team serving French and Belgian resident clients from Switzerland.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, Investment Specialists, and Product Specialists across the full client lifecycle.
Program
- Complete a paid six-month internship starting in February 2027.
- Receive mentoring and learn from experts through day-to-day operations and senior-leader educational events.
- Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
