About the role
Six-month paid internship in UBS Global Wealth Management’s Digital & AI team in Zurich. You will support digital adoption, tool rollouts, product management, ambassador community activities, and strategic projects improving client experience. The program offers exposure to wealth management, senior leaders, mentors, and potential consideration for the Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
- Support digital adoption and increase digital tool usage among Wealth Management International Client Advisors.
- Develop and support rollout coordination for digital tools and features with the Agile Delivery Organization.
- Maintain the WMI Digital Ambassador Community and help prepare Digital Ambassador Exchange Meetings.
- Support daily management of digital products and tools for Client Advisors and clients.
- Collaborate with teams on strategic projects improving client experience and driving engagement.
Team and Development
- Join the Digital & AI team within GWM EMEA Chief of Staff in Zurich.
- Work with front colleagues, the Agile Delivery Organization, and other stakeholders across Wealth Management International.
- Build understanding of the financial industry, UBS culture, strategy, operations, and client needs.
- Develop professionally through mentors, business contacts, and educational events led by senior leaders.
- Successful interns may receive consideration for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
