About the role
Join UBS’s six-month paid internship in Global Financial Intermediaries, supporting independent financial advisors and multifamily offices across Europe. You will contribute to projects, analyze complex client situations, present findings clearly, and learn about products and services that help clients execute investment strategies within Global Wealth Management.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects involving multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Analyze complex situations and present findings clearly and understandably.
- Learn about products and services supporting clients’ investment strategies.
- Collaborate with financial intermediaries on tailored and innovative client solutions.
Team
- Join the Global Financial Intermediaries team within Global Wealth Management.
- Support integrated financial solutions for independent financial advisors and multifamily offices in Europe.
- Navigate complex client situations with a diverse range of clients.
Program
- Work alongside experts and participate in day-to-day business operations.
- Receive mentorship and opportunities to connect with senior team members.
- Develop new skills and build professional contacts throughout the internship.
- Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
Candidate Profile
- Have completed at least four bachelor’s degree semesters.
- Have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 12 months ago.
- Achieve a minimum GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication, motivation, and collaborative values.
- Show responsible and experimental use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Be interested in the financial industry and comfortable with demanding, fast-paced work.
