About the role
Six-month paid internship in UBS’s Wealth Management Client Account Management team in Zurich, supporting client advisors and coverage teams serving wealthy private, corporate, and institutional clients. The program develops industry, project management, business development, and client service skills, with mentoring and potential progression to the Graduate Talent Program.
Responsibilities
- Build understanding of the wealth management industry, firm culture, and business strategy.
- Support client advisors with day-to-day activities focused on increasing client satisfaction.
- Coordinate projects with stakeholders while developing project management and business development knowledge.
- Provide tailored customer services as part of coverage teams.
Team
- Join the Client Account Management team within Wealth Management APAC Switzerland in Zurich.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, and Client Account Managers.
- Support coverage of wealthy individuals, families, managers, executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, fiduciaries, and notaries.
Requirements
- Complete at least four semesters of a bachelor’s degree and graduate no longer than twelve months ago.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and achieve a minimum Swiss-system GPA of 4.5.
- Demonstrate hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Be motivated to work in a demanding business with tight deadlines.
- Show how responsible, experimental use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Have an interest in the financial industry; all academic majors are welcome.
Program Details
- Start in February 2027 as part of the Wealth Management Switzerland internship program.
- Receive mentoring, work with experts, and participate in day-to-day business operations.
- Develop skills, build professional contacts, and interact with senior team members.
- Successful interns may receive an offer for the Graduate Talent Program after completing their studies.
