About the role
An 18-month graduate programme in Zurich within UBS Global Wealth Management’s EMEA Chief of Staff Team. You will support business managers, market heads and sector leadership across strategic and operational projects, reporting, data analysis, hiring coordination and headcount tracking, while developing wealth-management knowledge through training, rotations, mentoring and senior-leader events.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Risk Management, Compliance and other internal stakeholders to support the business.
- Prepare management presentations, track files, measure progress and success, and support meeting preparation.
- Assist with day-to-day project management and operational troubleshooting activities.
- Perform and review data analysis supporting strategic-project implementation and monitoring.
- Support Business Managers, Market Heads and the Sector Head with operational and strategic projects.
- Assist the wider Business Management team with hiring activities and headcount tracking.
About the Team
- Join Global Wealth Management in Zurich, supporting ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Work within the EMEA Chief of Staff Team covering Eastern Europe, Israel, Africa, Turkey and Overseas markets.
- Work closely with Business Managers, Market Heads, the Sector Head, Streams and the wider Business Management team.
- Help ensure the business is governed efficiently, effectively and in line with strategic priorities.
Programme Development
- Build understanding of the financial industry, UBS culture, strategy and wealth-management operations.
- Receive professional and technical training covering core skills and wealth-management knowledge.
- Participate in one or several rotations to gain broader exposure beyond your primary role.
- Complete at least one rotation in another bank division during the programme.
- Complete internal AI fluency training and the Wealth Management Essentials+ curriculum.
- Develop through mentoring, business networking and educational events led by senior leaders.
