About the role

Join UBS’s 18-month Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting client servicing for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and institutional family offices. You will manage transactions and account processes, support client advisors, contribute to strategic projects, and develop through training, rotations, mentorship and senior-leader educational events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily GFIW client servicing and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Process client orders, including stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits.
  • Act as the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative client work.
  • Manage transactions, inquiries, troubleshooting, account maintenance, suitability reviews, KYC and due diligence.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects improving client experience and driving engagement.
  • Identify client behavior patterns and support advisors with relationship development and cross-selling opportunities.

Team

  • Work within UBS Global Wealth Management’s GFIW Europe International UK & Nordics team in Zurich.
  • Support ultra-high-net-worth individuals, single family offices, entrepreneurial families and their businesses.
  • Collaborate closely with client advisors, Investment Bank and Asset Management teams.
  • Become a trusted client account manager within the client coverage team.
  • Support administrative, risk, legal and compliance-related tasks for client advisors.

Program

  • Complete professional and technical training covering core wealth management skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in one or several rotations to develop skills and build your network.
  • Complete at least one rotation in another division of the bank.
  • Successfully complete internal AI fluency training.
  • Complete the Wealth Management Essentials+ curriculum.
  • Attend educational events led by senior leaders and develop through mentorship and business contacts.
