About the role
The 18-month Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program develops future wealth management professionals through strategic projects, professional and technical training, educational events, mentoring, networking and potential rotations. Based in Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich, graduates will learn how the business serves ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects that improve client experience and drive engagement.
- Build understanding of the wealth management industry, firm culture, strategy and operations.
- Develop professionally through mentors, business contacts and educational events led by senior leaders.
Team
- Join Global Wealth Management in Frankfurt, Hamburg or Munich.
- Support advice-based solutions, products and services for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Work alongside experienced professionals helping manage, preserve and grow client wealth.
Program
- Complete an 18-month graduate program designed to support career development.
- Receive introductions to the firm, professional and technical training, and core wealth management knowledge.
- Develop skills and networks through colleagues, with opportunities to participate in one or several rotations.
Requirements
- Graduate between 2026 and 2027 and achieve a 2.1 or equivalent in the first undergraduate degree.
- Evidence experimental and responsible use of AI to improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Demonstrate hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative values.
- Show strategic thinking, strong communication skills and motivation for demanding work with tight deadlines.
- Have an interest in the financial industry; applications are welcomed from all academic majors.
