About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Frankfurt, supporting Global Family and Institutional Wealth client coverage across Investment Banking, Global Wealth Management, and Asset Management. You will help develop client solutions, business opportunities, and risk-related processes while learning from senior bankers, receiving formal training, and gaining broader experience through potential rotations.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior GFIW Bankers and collaborate across divisions to provide integrated client solutions.
- Help develop complex solutions spanning Investment Banking, Global Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
- Support business development, client acquisition, and identification of client needs.
- Assist with administrative, legal, compliance, and risk-related tasks.
- Work with stakeholders to address execution, investment, financing, banking, and risk-management needs.
Team
- Global Family and Institutional Wealth serves family offices, corporate entities, and entrepreneurs.
- The Frankfurt team provides solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- You will work alongside experienced bankers and engage with clients and firm stakeholders.
Program
- The 18-month program introduces UBS and provides professional and technical training.
- Training covers core skills and knowledge related to wealth management.
- Participants learn from colleagues, develop skills, build networks, and may complete one or more rotations.
