About the role

Join the 18-month Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Eastern Switzerland, starting February 2027. You will support client advisors serving wealthy entrepreneurial clients, coordinate stakeholder projects, and build wealth-management expertise through training, networking, and potential rotations within the Executives and Entrepreneurs team.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of the wealth management industry, firm culture, and strategy.
• Support client advisors with daily activities focused on increasing client satisfaction.
• Coordinate stakeholder projects while developing project management and business development knowledge.

Team

• Join the Executives and Entrepreneurs team, serving wealthy private individuals with entrepreneurial backgrounds.

Program

• Complete an 18-month program designed to develop skills for your career growth.
• Receive professional and technical training in wealth management fundamentals, skills, and knowledge.
• Learn from colleagues, develop new skills, and build your professional network.
• Participate in one or more rotations to gain broader experience beyond your role.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate who completed graduation requirements by the February 2027 start date.
• Have graduated within the last 24 months and have no more than two years’ full-time experience.
• Achieve a minimum competitive GPA of 4.5 under the Swiss grading system.
• Demonstrate hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
• Bring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and motivation for demanding deadlines.
• Evidence how experimental and responsible AI use can improve outcomes and efficiency.
