About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month Graduate Talent Program in Zurich, supporting the Asset Servicing Structuring & Sales team. You will help develop and monitor business activities, prepare tender materials, understand institutional client needs, and build expertise across custody, fund administration, reporting, connectivity, and customized white-label fund solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support framework activities that help generate, convert, and retain Asset Servicing business opportunities.
- Assist Salespersons with tender materials, including RFIs, RFPs, and other sales-related documentation.
- Develop understanding of client needs across pension funds, insurers, banks, and global financial intermediary managers.
- Build expertise in custody, fund administration, reporting, connectivity solutions, and customized white-label fund concepts.
Team
- The Swiss Asset Servicing Structuring & Sales team advises, promotes, structures, offers, and delivers client solutions.
- The team covers the Asset Servicing value chain, including global custody and sophisticated white-label funds.
- The team operates across Swiss regions and focuses on innovative solutions and long-term client partnerships.
Program Details
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months and supports professional and technical development.
- Initial training introduces the firm and develops core skills and knowledge of wealth management.
- Participants learn from colleagues, build networks, develop skills, and may complete one or more rotations.
