About the role
Join UBS Asset Management’s UGA Infrastructure team in Zurich through an 18-month graduate program focused on private infrastructure investing. You will support investment selection, due diligence and monitoring across primary, secondary and co-investments, collaborate with operational and client teams, and develop asset-management expertise through training and rotations.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in private infrastructure investing across diverse infrastructure strategies.
- Support investment teams with selection, due diligence and monitoring of infrastructure opportunities.
- Work on primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with investment, operations and client service teams across the client lifecycle.
- Develop understanding of the firm’s industry, culture, strategy and operating model.
Team
- Join the UGA Infrastructure team in Zurich within UBS Asset Management.
- The team manages indirect infrastructure investments for institutional and private clients globally.
Program
- Complete an 18-month Graduate Talent Program designed to support long-term career development.
- Receive professional, technical and core asset-management training at the program’s start.
- Learn from colleagues, develop skills, build networks and participate in one or more rotations.
