About the role
The 18-month UBS Asset Management Investments Graduate Talent Program starts in Zurich on 1 September 2027. Participants gain practical experience across financial markets, traditional investments, and real estate, supporting wholesale, retail, and institutional clients while completing up to four rotations and developing technical, professional, and networking skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Build understanding of UBS, the asset management industry, its culture, and strategy.
- Support teams providing investment products, solutions, and advice to wholesale, retail, and institutional clients.
- Develop knowledge of financial markets, traditional investments, and real estate.
- Join experienced professionals and gain practical learning through on-the-job experience.
- Complete up to four rotations across investment areas, potentially including cross-divisional rotations.
Program and Team
- Work within UBS Asset Management in Zurich, a global investment manager.
- Participate in professional and technical training covering core asset management skills and knowledge.
- Build networks through graduate events, cross-business teach-ins, social occasions, and collaboration with colleagues.
- Develop new skills and explore different investment areas during the 18-month program.
