About the role
Join UBS’s 18-month 2027 Asset Management Graduate Talent Program in Zürich, supporting teams serving private, institutional, and corporate clients. Role and Responsibilities
- Build understanding of the asset management industry, firm culture, and business strategy.
- Support teams providing financial advice and investment solutions to private, institutional, and corporate clients.
- Learn about ETFs, index investing, and major traditional and alternative asset classes.
- Explore how responsible and experimental use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
Team
- Work within a global asset manager offering active, passive, and sustainable investment capabilities.
- Gain exposure to investment styles across traditional and alternative asset classes.
- Develop understanding of a business serving clients across a global footprint.
Program
- Complete an 18-month program designed to develop professional and technical asset management skills.
- Receive an introduction to the firm, professional training, and core asset management knowledge.
- Learn from colleagues while developing new skills and building your professional network.
- Participate in one or several rotations to gain broader experience beyond your role.
