Role Responsibilities
- Support relationship managers with daily tasks and client visit preparations.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Build understanding of the wealth management industry, culture, and strategy.

- Work within the Wealth Management team in Lausanne.
- Advise high net worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs in Switzerland.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Fluent in French and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative, and strategic thinker.
- Strong communication skills and motivation to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
