Role Responsibilities
- Support Business Operation team with risk reporting, KYC checks, and operational projects.
- Assist Investment Managers across Europe, North America, and APAC on various asset classes.
- Provide analytical and proactive support for projects and ad hoc analysis.
- Enhance business processes and contribute to strategic project work.
- Coordinate with Finance, Portfolio, Investment Management, and ESG teams.

Team Environment
- Work within Global Real Asset – Business Operations & ESG team based in Zurich.
- Manage direct real estate products for UHNW clients across Europe, UK, North America, and APAC.
- Collaborate daily with local UBS Real Estate teams in various European capitals.
- Engage with asset management, transaction, and compliance teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within last 6 months.
- Strong analytical and financial background with interest in real estate.
- Proactive, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative work ethic.
- Fluent in English and German; other European languages advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Program Details
- Paid internship lasting 6 months, with possible extension to 12 months.
