Role and Responsibilities
- Support client advisors in daily tasks to enhance client satisfaction.
- Build understanding of wealth management industry, culture, and strategy.
- Coordinate projects with stakeholders, gaining project management experience.
- Engage in business development activities within the team.

Team and Clients
- Work within Wealth Management team advising high net worth individuals and families.
- Clients include managers, executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, fiduciaries, and notaries in Switzerland.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Minimum GPA of 4.5 (Swiss grading system).
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative, and strategic thinker.
- Strong communication skills and motivated to work under high demands and deadlines.
- Proficient in English and German.

- Paid internship lasting 3 to 6 months starting September 1, 2026.
- Work closely with experts and participate in day-to-day operations.
