Role Responsibilities
- Support market leadership and ensure seamless communication with sector teams.
- Assist sector and market heads in business performance through reporting and data analysis.
- Coordinate sector-level projects, tracking deadlines and resource use.
- Manage relationships with Operations, Risk, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Finance.
- Lead or support change initiatives to improve sector and market operations.

Team Environment
- Work within the WM Eastern Europe, Israel, Africa Chief of Staff team in Zurich.
- Support sector and market heads to drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA and the wider GWM organization.
- Connect ideas and people to deliver results across multiple markets.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 4 semesters of bachelor's degree or graduated within 6 months.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cultures and functions.
- Open to change, strategic thinker, and passionate about delivering value.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
