Role Responsibilities
- Support Business Unit Head in strategy definition and implementation.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities tailored to sectors and markets.
- Develop client value propositions to enhance market position.
- Provide data analytics support to management and front office.
- Collaborate on strategic projects to improve client experience.

Team Environment
- Work within Global Wealth Management in Zurich.
- Serve ultra-high and high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Join a diverse team of 10 with 9 nationalities and 7 native languages.
- Part of GWM EMEA Chief of Staff organization focused on growth initiatives.
- Contribute to shaping the future of Wealth Management in EMEA.

Candidate Requirements
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree within 18 months before program start.
- Excellent English skills; additional languages welcome.
