About the role
Join UBS Group Internal Audit in Zurich through an 18-month graduate program focused on Group Treasury. You will review liquidity, funding, capital and interest rate risk, assess controls, investigate emerging risks, use AI responsibly, and communicate practical recommendations to senior management while developing banking and audit expertise.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to audits and reviews of Group Treasury’s liquidity, funding, capital and interest rate risk activities.
- Investigate complex topics, challenge risk management practices and assess whether key controls operate effectively.
- Monitor emerging developments, audit issue resolution and Treasury risks to support forward-looking audit planning.
- Experiment responsibly with AI capabilities and contribute to AI adoption across Group Internal Audit.
- Translate analysis into clear insights, practical recommendations and audit reports for UBS senior management.
- Work with experienced auditors and Treasury specialists to build technical knowledge and professional judgement.
Team
- Join Group Internal Audit, an independent function reporting to the UBS Board.
- Work alongside specialists in business, risk, data analytics and AI to identify risks and drive change.
Program
- The Graduate Talent Program lasts 18 months.
