Role Responsibilities
- Deliver projects in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, blockchain, and quantitative modeling.
- Build machine learning and financial modeling solutions to solve business problems.
- Advise internal clients across UBS on emerging technology topics.
- Develop business acumen and consulting skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Emerging Solutions team and business divisions.
Team Overview
- Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consulting unit with 700+ people globally.
- Part of Group Integration Office, driving integration, transformation, and change.
- Works closely with all divisions and functions to achieve strategic goals.
- Offers diverse projects and internal mobility options.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating by June 2027 with less than two years of work experience.
- Experience in project-based environments.
- Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic attitude.
- Interest in financial services and working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
