Role Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, blockchain, and quantitative modeling.
• Build machine learning and financial modeling solutions to solve business problems.
• Advise internal clients across UBS on emerging technology topics.
• Develop business acumen and consulting skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the Emerging Solutions team and business divisions.

Team Overview

• Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consulting unit with 700+ people globally.
• Part of Group Integration Office, driving integration, transformation, and change.
• Works closely with all divisions and functions to achieve strategic goals.
• Offers diverse projects and internal mobility options.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduating by June 2027 with less than two years of work experience.
• Experience in project-based environments.
• Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic attitude.
• Interest in financial services and working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
