Role Responsibilities

About the Team
- Group Internal Consulting (GIC) is UBS's internal consulting unit with 700+ members globally.
- Part of Group Integration Office, driving integration and transformation.
- Works closely with all divisions to achieve strategic goals.
- Offers diverse projects and fast onboarding.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduating by June 2027 with less than two years work experience.
- Initial experience in project-based environments.
- Analytical, conceptual, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial services and fast-paced environments.
- Strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
