Role Responsibilities
- Complete all required training and perform Operating Effectiveness testing as per defined approach.
- Attend regular progress meetings and contribute to discussions on control issues and failures.
- Address Quality Assurance review points promptly and maintain updates in testing tracker.
- Ensure timely closure of all observations and escalate testing issues to appropriate teams.

Team Environment
- Work within the Compliance and Operational Risk Control Business Control Assurance team.
- Part of Group Compliance and Regulatory Governance function providing independent SOX controls assessment.
- Engage with complex structures and operating layers within UBS.
