Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver risk, compliance, and regulatory change projects end-to-end across divisions and functions.
  • Support remediation initiatives for audit or regulatory control gaps.
  • Manage regulatory change topics across 1st and 2nd Line of Defense.
  • Act as junior Subject Matter Expert on regulatory implementation projects.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Group Internal Consulting's strategy and ambitions.

About the Team

  • Group Internal Consulting is UBS's internal consulting unit with 700+ members globally.
  • Part of Group Integration Office, driving integration and transformation.
  • Works closely with all divisions and functions to achieve strategic goals.
  • Offers diverse projects and fast onboarding for consultants.

Candidate Requirements

  • Penultimate year student graduating by June 2028.
  • Experience in project-based environments.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in financial services and fast-paced work environments.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
