About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver risk, compliance, and regulatory change projects end-to-end across divisions and functions.
- Support remediation initiatives for audit or regulatory control gaps.
- Manage regulatory change topics across 1st and 2nd Line of Defense.
- Act as junior Subject Matter Expert on regulatory implementation projects.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to Group Internal Consulting's strategy and ambitions.
About the Team
- Group Internal Consulting is UBS's internal consulting unit with 700+ members globally.
- Part of Group Integration Office, driving integration and transformation.
- Works closely with all divisions and functions to achieve strategic goals.
- Offers diverse projects and fast onboarding for consultants.

Candidate Requirements
- Penultimate year student graduating by June 2028.
- Experience in project-based environments.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in financial services and fast-paced work environments.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
