About the role

Role Responsibilities
- Identify and assess risks across firm areas to understand risk management.
- Test key controls via interviews, process reviews, and transaction examinations.

- Understand governance and control frameworks supporting firm goals.
Team Environment
- Work in Group Internal Audit, an independent function safeguarding the firm.
- Collaborate with teams blending business knowledge and data analytics.
- Assess governance, processes, and controls to enhance risk management.
- Drive improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate by June 2027 with less than two years work experience.
- Clear communication skills for summarizing findings and sharing ideas.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and organized with multiple tasks.
- Integrity, teamwork, curiosity, commitment, and eagerness to learn.
- Interest in financial industry risk and control management.
- Initial experience in audit, risk, compliance, or data analysis is a plus.
