About the role

Join a 12-month paid off-cycle internship in Investment Bank Equity Research starting January 2027 in Malaysia. Conduct research, financial modeling, and support investment decisions while gaining exposure to equity research processes.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends.
• Assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and client presentations.
• Gain exposure to the equity research process and investment lifecycle.

Team Environment

• Work within the Investment Bank Equity Research team of economists, strategists, and analysts.
• Support clients in making informed investment decisions.
• Team covers over 3,500 stocks in 51 markets globally.

Candidate Requirements

• Ready to defer studies by 12 months to join the program.
• Graduate between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative values.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
• Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
