About the role
Join the 18-month 2027 Global Research Graduate Talent Program in Taiwan to develop skills in financial data analysis, modeling, and equity research within a global investment bank.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends.
- Assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and client presentations.
- Gain exposure to the equity research process and investment lifecycle.
Team Environment
- Work with economists, strategists, and analysts in the Investment Bank Equity Research team.
- Support clients in making informed investment decisions.
- Team covers over 3,500 stocks across 51 global markets.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate by June 2027 with less than two years of work experience.
- Demonstrate values of hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
- Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
- Show how responsible AI use can improve outcomes and efficiency.
- Interest in the financial industry; all majors welcome.
