Role Responsibilities
- Support strategic execution of real estate and workplace initiatives.
- Contribute to environmental and sustainability programs including ISO14001 and green building standards.
- Collaborate globally on transformation projects in employee experience, energy management, data analytics, and PropTech.
Team Overview
- Work within UBS Group Real Estate & Supply Chain in Hong Kong.
- Manage portfolio strategy, lease management, and workplace operations.
- Lead environmental efforts on energy, emissions, and waste management for in-house operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate by June 2027 with less than two years of work experience.
