Internship opportunity in Group Treasury Financial Control Team supporting EMEA. Responsibilities include daily P&L production, reconciliations, control execution, and stakeholder communication.

Role Responsibilities
- Produce daily P&L and RSBPL reports.
- Interact with traders and front office managers for analytical support.
- Ensure accurate daily P&L and balance sheet reporting to front office.
- Perform P&L reconciliation between booking systems and reporting tools.
- Complete F2B reconciliations and pre-P&L processing timely.

Additional Responsibilities
- Substantiate balance sheet daily and for month-end sign off.
- Coordinate task completion and delegate appropriately.
- Meet KPIs and SLAs under governance framework.
- Maintain strong internal control environment and transparent communication.
- Monitor control reports for data accuracy and front-to-back flow.

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Management
- Update key stroke documentation and perform risk assessments.
- Drive process re-engineering and challenge status quo.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in process, people, and systems.
- Resolve issues from client and stakeholder interactions.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
