About the role
Join UBS’s 2028 Graduate Talent Program in Wealth Management COO, supporting Operations across Global Wealth Management and other businesses. Build product and front-to-back process knowledge, assess risks and operational feasibility, improve controls, and propose solutions. The program includes technical training, personal development, and potential rotations across desks and business areas.
Responsibilities
- Build product and front-to-back process knowledge to support structured and non-standard transactions.
- Understand risks and apply this knowledge to relevant risk metrics.
- Assess systems, risk, and operational limitations in emerging business areas.
- Monitor economic and market activity and evaluate its effect on risks.
- Identify control gaps and propose potential solutions.
Team
- Work within Operations, which manages processes supporting performance, control, and efficiency.
- Help deliver post-trade services across Investment Bank, Global Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
- Support efforts to enhance front-to-back delivery and standardize processes and infrastructure.
Program and Application
- Begin with UBS Discovery, covering the industry, UBS, and how the organization operates.
- Receive on-the-job and off-the-job technical training and personal development opportunities.
- Potentially rotate through desks and business areas to broaden product knowledge and professional contacts.
- Register for MyPage, complete the entry sheet, answer division-specific questions, and submit an English resume.
- Complete the logical thinking and aptitude test; results remain valid for six months.
